Dedicated to the mandative hetman of Left-Bank Ukraine Pavel Polubotku (bl.1660 - 1724), who stood at the head of the top of the Ukrainian foreman and opposed the restriction of the autonomy of Ukraine, for the restoration of the hetmanship and the elimination of the Little Russian College. For organizing opposition activities, he was imprisoned in the Peter and Paul Fortress, where he died. Buried in Petersburg.
