A small State Emblem of Ukraine and inscriptions in four lines are placed on the obverse of the coins in the frame of a wreath formed from images of certain types of flora and fauna: on a silver coin UKRAINE, 10 griven, 1999, the designation and sample of the metal Ag 925 and its weight in purity - 31.1.
The reverse of the coins shows an enlarged orchid flower, to the left of it - a flower stalk with two leaves and an inflorescence, to the right - circular inscriptions: Ljubka bifolia and PLATANTHERA BIFOLIA.
