On the obverse, the coins include: at the top is the inscription UKRAINE and the small State Emblem of Ukraine; in the center on a mirror background is depicted a hard hat and fire tools; below - face value 5 / UAH, year of coinage 2016 (left) and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).

On the reverse of the coin there is a color fire truck with firefighters (used pad printing) and inscriptions FIRE CAR (top), 100 / YEAR (bottom).
