On the obverse of the coin at the top there is a small State Emblem of Ukraine and below are the inscriptions: NATIONAL / BANK / UKRAINE / 2006/10 / griven; the small State Emblem of Ukraine and the face value of the coin are surrounded by stylized flowers; the designations of the metal are also placed, its samples are Ag 925 and the clean weight is 31.1. The coin is the logo of the Mint.

On the reverse of the coin, the base of the column is depicted as a symbol of law surrounded by a stylized ornament; the inscriptions are placed: CONSTITUTION / UKRAINE - above the column and 28 / JUNE / 1996 - on a ribbon that crosses the column.
