The obverse of the coin depicts: at the top the small National Emblem of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription - the NATIONAL BANK of UKRAINE, the panorama of the city of London, against which the Paralympic torch is to the left and the stylized decor to the right and left; LONDON inscriptions are placed on the right, at the bottom - 2 hryvnia / 2012, as well as the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the coin, a Paralympic archer is depicted on a mirror background, above which is the emblem of the Paralympic movement in Ukraine and on the right in a semicircle is placed on a matte background the inscription XIV Paralympic Games.
