The obverse of the coin contains: on the left - the small State Emblem of Ukraine, under which the inscription “UKRAINA” and the year of coinage (2016), on the right the denomination is 10 griven, and a stylized composition: a colored fragment of Petrikov painting on the mirror background (pad printing was used).

On the reverse of the coin, a stylized composition is depicted on a mirror background: the artist is framed by Petrikov painting, the inscription “PETRIKIVSKY ROZPIS” is left in a semicircle.

Smooth with in-depth inscription On the edge of the coin the logo of the NBU mint, sample (Ag 925), and the mass of the coin (31.1) are engraved.

Dedicated to decorative and ornamental art - Petrikov painting, the name of which comes from the village Petrikovka (Dnipropetrovsk). This distinctive art has ancient traditions and is passed on from generation to generation. Petrikov painting in 2013 is included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
