On the obverse of the coin there is a wreath-charm of flowers, inside of which is placed the small State Emblem of Ukraine, and above it is the minting year of the coin - 2004. On the left and right there are stylized rye ears, tops and cornflowers. The wreath contains inscriptions - UKRAINE, 10 griven.
The reverse of the coin depicts a group of girls decorated with flowers, ribbons, wreaths, among which is the central figure - `poplar girl`. Above the group is a symbolic image of the Holy Trinity, on either side of which the inscription is placed in a semicircle: the Holy Trinity.
