On the reverse of the coin there is a composition - in front of the sculpture, Angel is standing with a tool in his hands, the master, amazed at the piece that came out from under his chisel, in a circle of inscription - John Georg Pinzel, ca. 1710 - 1 761.
Dedicated to an outstanding sculptor of the mid-XVII century, who worked with wood and stone, the representative of the late Baroque and Rococo, the founder of the Lviv school of sculptors John George Pinzel. Pinzel's figure is mysterious - almost nothing is known about his personality, forgotten for two hundred years. Only in recent decades, the heritage of the master, whom modern European art critics call Slavic Michelangelo, has attracted great attention of specialists and amateurs, his works in 2011 will be exhibited in the Louvre. The ensemble of sculptures in stones for the Buchach town hall and for the altar in the Gorodenkovsky church, stone sculpture on the parapet of the Cathedral of St. George in Lviv, a large altar in the village of Godovitsa and the altar in the parish church in the town of Monastyriska - only individual works of the master.
