On the reverse of the coin in the foreground are the remains of the ancient construction of Chersonesos - the basilica, in the second - the Cathedral of St. Prince Vladimir, built in the middle of the XIX century. over the ruins of a medieval temple, in which, supposedly, Prince Vladimir was baptized, and at the top in a semicircle is the inscription of Tauric Chersonesos.
