Dedicated to the solemn proclamation of the act of unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the West Ukrainian People's Republic into a single independent state. On January 22, 1919, an event occurred in a solemn ceremony on Sofia Square in Kiev that resulted in the relevant preparatory process — the Union Act, an act of unification of the Ukrainian lands, was proclaimed, which noted that henceforth the Ukrainian people, freed by a powerful impulse of their forces, had the opportunity all their sons to build an indivisible independent Ukrainian state for the good and happiness of the Ukrainian people.
