On the obverse of the coin are placed: at the top is a semicircle inscription NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE, on the left is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, in the center - against the background of a decorative tablet for the flight plan - a portrait of Peter Nesterov, to the right of which the year of coinage 2013; below - face value 5 griven and logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The reverse of the coin reflects the stylized composition of Nesterov’s performance on the Nyupor plane of the famous dead loop, inside which there are inscriptions LOOP / 1913 / year / KIEV / Nesterov, below - viewers whose images were taken from Kiev postcards of 1913.
