The obverse of the coin shows one composition for the entire series, reflecting the national idea of Unity of Ukraine: on both sides of the small State Emblem of Ukraine there are figures of the Archangel Michael and the crowned lion - the coat of arms of the cities of Kiev and Lvov. Stylized inscriptions separated by baroque ornamentation are placed around the image: UKRAINE, 10 UAH, 1999, the designation and sample of the metal - Ag 925 and its weight in purity - 31.1.
On the reverse of the coin, a figure of Vishnevetsky is depicted with a bow in his hand; on the right are his family coat of arms and the date of the death of the prince - 1563. In a circle - a stylized inscription: DMITRY VISHNIEVETSKY (BAIDA)
