Dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Chekhovsky - Ukrainian state and political figure. Vladimir Moiseevich - an active participant in public life in Odessa; in 1917 - member of the Ukrainian Central Rada. From December 26, 1918 to February 11, 1919 he headed the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UNR. On his initiative, the government of the UNR on 01/01/1919 proclaimed the autocephalous UAOC. In 1929, Chekhovsky was arrested in a fabricated case and shot in Solovki.
