Dedicated to actor, director, screenwriter Ivan Mikolaichuk. He was a comprehensively gifted man. In his films and roles, he managed to embody the originality and national identity of Ukrainian culture, Ukrainian character. Mikolaychuk received universal recognition and love of the viewer for playing the role of Taras Shevchenko in the film “Dream” and Ivan Paliychuk in Sergei Paradzhanov’s film “Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors”, and Mikolaichuk’s own film as director “Babylon XX” became a masterpiece of Ukrainian cinema.
