The obverse of the coin in the center shows the small State Emblem of Ukraine, under it is the year of minting of the coin - 2009, there are inscriptions in a circle: NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (above), TWO GRIVNY (bottom) and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The reverse of the coin depicts a portrait of A.Livitsky and the inscription: ANDREW Livitsky - in a semicircle, on the right side of the portrait - years of life 1879/1954, at the bottom in a semicircle - PRESIDENT UNR in exile.
