In the center of the coin image of the trident - the small State Emblem of Ukraine, on either side of him are displayed oak leaves with two ears of wheat. Each spike straight up out of three spine. At the top of the coin the inscription "Ukraine" (Ukraine), under the emblem of a year of issue.

On the reverse of the coin, on a relief background, there is a map of Ukraine with the inscription KTO, IF NOT WE; on the circle there is an inscription DAY OF UKRAINIAN volunteers.
