The obverse of the coin in the center shows the small State Emblem of Ukraine, under it is the year of minting of the coin - 2009, there are inscriptions in a circle: NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (above), TWO GRIVNY (bottom) and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The reverse of the coin depicts a portrait of B.M. Martos, to the left of which is a fragment of the large Emblem of the UPR, the years of life 1879/1977 (to the right), the inscription BORIS MARTOS is placed in a semicircle at the bottom.
Dedicated to Boris Nikolaevich Martos - Ukrainian economist, teacher, co-operator, state and public figure. Boris Martos was one of the leaders of the Peasant Union and one of the authors of the draft UCR Land Law. From December 1918 - Minister of Food Affairs, and from April to August 1919 - Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance of the UNR Directorate.
