Obverse of the coin To the 150th anniversary of the birth of Lesia Ukrainka On the obverse of the coin there are: at the top there is an inscription УКРАИНА, to the right of which is the small State Emblem of Ukraine; and a composition that symbolizes the bright, emotional, rich world of Lesya Ukrainka's poetry: on the left, on a mirrored background, images of a man and a woman stylized like candles; on the right - the key of the cranes, above which the denomination and the year of minting of the coin 20 / UAH / 2021.

The reverse of the coin depicts a portrait of Lesya Ukrainka against the background of stylized branches with leaves; left - years of life 1871/1913; inscriptions: LESIA / UKRAINKA (under the portrait), L. KOSACH-KVITKA / (IN THE LITERATURE LESIA UKRAINKA) (facsimile of Lesya Ukrainka).
