On the obverse of the coin are placed: on the background of a floral ornament, the small State Emblem of Ukraine, to the right of it is the year of coin minting 2019 (above) and a stylized composition - the figure of a seeder who holds a basket with gold grain (local gilding), vertical stripes to the left of the seeder symbolizing gold grain (local gilding), and arable land, and vertical inscriptions: on a gold background - UKRAINE, on a mirror background - TEN Hryvnia.

The reverse of the coin contains a stylized composition from a bird's eye view: against the background of a stylized floral ornament, a plowman is depicted, who rules a pair of oxen harnessed to a plow. On the left on a mirror background is a vertical inscription: LAND NURSE.

It is dedicated to the value and significance of the breadwinner, which at all times remains a source of life and material wealth. The long-standing farming traditions are reflected in Ukrainian oral folk art: “take care of the earth - admire the golden grain”, “Black earth will give birth to white bread”, “the Earth is our mother, feeds everyone”.
