Dedicated to the real pearl of the Lviv region - a complex monument of architecture and history - the Olesko Castle, first mentioned in historical sources in 1327. The castle complex has been rising for many centuries on top of a steep hill-remnant and is a witness and participant in many events that have forever gone down in the history of Ukraine and neighboring countries. Medieval fortress in the 17th century was converted by Jan Danilovich into a Renaissance palace. The castle complex in Olesko, in the architectural structures of which, in addition to the castle, belongs to the Capuchin church with cells, is included in the list of objects that are planned to be restored within the framework of the presidential program "Big Construction".
