Mikhail Nikolaevich Loginov (1903–1940) was a Soviet artillery weapon designer who developed the 45-mm anti-tank gun of the 1937 model, which was put into service in 1938. The anti-tank pistol of 1937 was the main anti-tank weapon of the Soviet army in the first period of World War II. Notable for its maneuverability, ease of camouflage, and also armor penetration sufficient for the initial stage of the war, the gun was successfully used to combat enemy tanks and armored vehicles of any type, posing a serious threat to the enemy.
