In a circle at the top there is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and the inscription: REPUBLIC of BELARUS; in the center there is an image of millstones, objects and characters of legends are located around; at the bottom there is a nominal value of 50 rubles, on the left – an alloy sample, on the right – the year of minting.

In the center is a stylized image of a miller, a watermill and a wheel driving the entire mill mechanism. There are inscriptions around the circle: at the top is the LEGEND OF AB MENESCU.

The coin has a non-standard shape, stylized as an antique coin.
