On the obverse of the coin there is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, above it along the edge is a semicircle inscription “RUSSIAN FEDERATION”, framed on both sides with double rhombus, on the right is the mint trademark, below the emblem in the center in three lines is the inscription: “ BANK OF RUSSIA ”, the value of the coin is“ 25 RUBLES ”, the date is“ 2019 ”.

On the back side of the coin there is a relief image of the “Torn Ring” memorial, along the circumference there is an inscription: “75th anniversary of complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade”.
