On the obverse of the coin in the inner circle there are circles, diverging on the surface of the water from the drop, in the upper part of the circle - the next drop. The outer circle contains the Small State Emblem of Ukraine (left), the year of coinage - 2007 (right), inscriptions - NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (above), face value - 5 griven (bottom) and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the coin in the inner circle is depicted a symbolic composition - a man and a waterfall. On the outer circle there is an inscription - PURE WATER - THE SOURCE OF LIFE.
