The small State Emblem of Ukraine and the semicircle NATIONAL BANK UKRAINI are placed on the coin, above, the year of coin minting, denomination - "2011 / П ТЬЯЙ ГРИВЕНЬ" and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine (right); in the center is the State Flag of Ukraine (the element of decoration is enamel) framed by a stylized viburnum wreath.

On the reverse of the coin are depicted: the book "BASIC LAW OF UKRAINE" against the background of the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where the Constitution was adopted, in the foreground - the laurel branch and the inscriptions: "15 ROKIV CONSTITUTIONS UKRAINE" (at the top of a semicircle), "28 CHURCH / 1996 ROKU" (bottom left).
