Description

Obverse
On the obverse of the coin there is a small State Emblem of Ukraine (above), under which the year of coinage is 2008, the semicircle inscription is the NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE, in the center is a cannon and a bell, which were made in Glukhov, the denomination at the bottom is 10 / GREEN, metal symbol, its samples - Ag 925, clean mass - 31.1 (left) and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).
Reverse
On the reverse of the coin is a stylized panorama of the city, in the center of which is the Kiev gates of the city fortress; in the semicircle at the top there is an inscription - the hetman's capital, under it is the emblem of the city and four portraits of hetmans, under which are the inscriptions: IVAN / SKOROPADSKY, PAUL / SEMOBOTOK, DANIIL / APOSTOL, CYRILL / Razumovskaya, below between the stylized fragments of the ornament is placed the inscription GLUHOV.

Description
Dedicated to one of the hetman's capitals - Glukhov. The historical past of Glukhov is closely connected with the processes of formation of the state and law. From 1708, the city became the permanent residence of the hetmans of Left-Bank Ukraine - I.Skoropadsky, P. Polubotka, D.Apostol, K.Razumovsky. The first Little Russian Collegium (1722 - 1727), the government of the Hetman Government (1734 - 1750) and the second Little Russian Collegium (1764 - 1782) were located in Glukhov, the General Military Chancellery, the General Court, and other state bodies operated here.
