Obverse
The obverse of the coin shows the decorative element of the chapel of Boim - the lion's head, to the left of which is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, to the right - the year of minting of the coin 2006, as well as stylized inscriptions: NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (at the top of the semicircle), 5 griven, and the Mint logo National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin depicts a panorama of Lviv, beginning of the 17th century. from the figure by A. Passarotti (1613), above which is a fragment of the seal of the council of the city of Lvov and below is the inscription: LVOV / 750.
