On the obverse of the coin, on the background of the Earth’s hemispheres, is a falcon, above it is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, above which is a semicircle inscription - the NATIONAL BANK of UKRAINE, on the left is the year of minting of the coin 2007, the nominal value is 5 griven, and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The reverse of the coin depicts an aircraft engine, above which the logo of OJSC Motor Sich is placed on the right and the inscriptions are posted: MOTOR SICH (top left), 100 years old (bottom).
