On the reverse of the coin, on a stylized outline of a sheet of paper, there is a composition symbolizing the country where the XXIV Winter Olympic Games will be held - China with its ancient culture, one of the elements of which is paper; a map of Beijing, which depicts the badges of a snowboarder and a figure skater (in the center), to the right of which is a fan - an integral part of traditional Chinese culture, the first information about which is attributed to the 4th-2nd centuries.
