Dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sergey Konstantinovich Vsekhsvyatsky (1905 - 1984) - an outstanding Ukrainian scientist, astronomer. The founder of the Faculty of Astronomy at Kiev University (1939), All Saints during 1939 - 1984 played a significant role in the development and promotion of astronomy, not only in Ukraine, but throughout the world. In 1960, Sergei Konstantinovich suggested the existence of a ring around Jupiter, which was indeed discovered in 1979, proved the existence of a `solar wind`, which causes magnetic storms and developed a dynamic theory of` Sun crowns`.
