On the obverse of the coin in the center is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, under it is the year of minting of the coin - 2008, in a circle are placed the inscriptions: NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (above), TWO GRIVNY (bottom) and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the coin is a portrait of Sidor Golubovich, to the right of which - the years of life 1873/1938, to the left is the inscription - ZUNR and at the bottom in a semicircle - SIDOR GOLUBOVICH.
