Dedicated to the representatives of the heroic profession of a rescuer - one of the most dangerous and complex, designed to protect the population and territory of the state from manifestations of natural disasters and man-made disasters. Rescuers, who are characterized by victory and courage, a readiness for self-sacrifice in the name of saving the lives of others, work on land and underground, on water and under water, at any time of the year, time of day and in all weather conditions. In order to attract the attention of the general public to civil protection issues, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is constantly modernizing, organizing training for the population on the basics of life safety, holding actions under the slogan "PREVENT. SAVE. HELP".
