Dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Ukrainian statesman and politician, military commander, Hetman of Ukraine (1918). A descendant of an ancient Cossack family, Pavel Skoropadsky, after coming to power, paid great attention to solving the economic and financial problems of the state, introduced land reforms, rebuilt the armed forces of the Ukrainian State, and achievements in the field of national and cultural policy were also significant - he contributed to the creation of a number of national-state and cultural and educational institutions in Ukraine. In less than eight months, the government of Pavel Skoropadsky managed to create a national economy and finance. In the "Letter to the entire Ukrainian People" dated April 29, 1918, it was proclaimed that the rights of private property - as the foundation of culture and civilization, are being fully rebuilt.
