In a circle at the top is a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and the inscription: REPUBLIC of BELARUS; in the center is a stylized image of a mother with a baby in her arms and a cat; at the bottom is the nominal value: 20 RUBLES, on the right – the alloy sample, on the left – the year of minting.

In the center there are stylized images of flowers, animals and a mother with a baby, at the bottom there is an inscription: KALYKHANKA.
