On April 18, 1923, the first proletarian sports society Dynamo was established in Moscow, which was created as an organization providing sports opportunities for security and law enforcement officials. Dynamo developed rapidly, became widespread, actively promoted a healthy lifestyle, and by 1929 had branches in two hundred cities across the country. The Dynamo Society has priorities in the revival of domestic boxing, the formation and development of shooting sports and sambo in our country. Dynamo athletes have been the strongest in these sports for many years, and the coaches have created a unique training method. In 1937, Dynamo was awarded the USSR's highest award, the Order of Lenin, for outstanding achievements in the development of sports. Today, the Dynamo Society is an all–Russian public and state sports organization operating in all regions of the Russian Federation.
